FAIRMONT ALUMNI BAND NEEDS YOUR ASSISTANCE!!
The following areas need to take a person to be responsible for:
- FOOD: A person to solicit food donations for approx. 300 people and work w/the FHS band booster rep to set up and clean up dinner.
- INSTRUMENTS: A person to check w/person receiving registrations to tally instruments and communicate with band director to ensure enough instruments available for alumni band Wednesday nite at rehearsal, hand out instruments at rehearsal and Friday nite, and make sure all instruments returned Friday nite immeadiately after HC.
- MUSIC: A person to work with band director to make sure we have copies of music being played nite of HC and copy music needed for Wednesday and Friday nite.
