HOMECOMING SCHEDULE

Wednesday             7p – 9p    Rehearsal for all interested alumni

FAIRMONT HIGH SCHOOL BAND ROOM

                                  Please wear gym shoes

                                  Music will be available

                                  Bring instrument for music run through

                                  Paul Claggett will be teaching Long Train to anyone that wants to learn/or needs

                                  a refresher.

 

Thursday                 7p – 9p

                                  Mandatory rehearsal for all auxiliary participating in the Auxiliary Dance

Barnes gym, 3750 Far Hills Ave

                                  Start in Barnes gym and finish at Chester A Roush Stadium

                                  Please wear gym shoes

                                  Park at the side of the building off of Storms

                                  The gym is on the north side of the building

 

Friday                       4p – 6pm    Registration for all alumni

Kettering Fairmont High School, 3301 Shroyer Rd.

                                  Registration will be at the new entrance by the art gallery. Please look for signs.

 You will receive a dated ribbon needed for admittance to the game.

 

                                  4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

                                  Rehearsal with the Marching Firebirds at practice field out by Far Hills.

                

                                  5:30 PM – 6:20 PM

                                  Light dinner for alumni (donated by various local establishments) and current                                        band parents.

 

                                  6:30 PM

Line up to march to Chester A Roush Stadium. Please make sure you are on time!  We will be leaving from the front of the Performing Arts Center.

 

The Halftime Show featuring the Fairmont Alumni Band!  Those using school instruments and not marching back to Fairmont will need to find Scott Strohminger in the end zone and arrange for their return.   IF YOU BORROW AN INSTRUMENT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RETURN IT PROMPTLY.  Please make sure all auxiliary props get back to Tina Morris or Monica Benbow.  We will cheer the Marching Firebirds as they perform their contest show for Post Game.
